Linemen Workout

Posted by: Curt "MAC" McCluskey (WiZzEr586@aol.com)

I am a 6'2" freshmen lineman in highschool who weighs 210 lbs. I have a 225 lb bench, 300 lb squat, 330 lb deadlift, and 160 lb clean. My question is on how much cardio and what kind of cardio I should be doing considering that I am a lineman. I currently have been sprinting stairs and jumping rope whenever I get the time.

I am also a freshman lineman(alittle smaller, 5'7 140, 215 pound bench, 325 pound squat, 250 pound deadlift.) I found that the best cardiovascualar exercise for me was swimming, it help build strength and endurance, i recomend it alot.
