I'm 17 years old. I just started a weight lifting routine about a month ago. I started lifting because I'm about 140 pounds and I'm 6'1" tall. I am really skinny. Most of my friends are like twice my size. I am eating about 120+ grams of protein a day. My weight program is pretty conservative, though. Do you pros have any suggestions for me? I want the biggest size and weight gains possible in the shortest amount of time. That means low reps at high resistance, right? Can anyone give me some definate numbers for reps/sets/weights. Also, how beneficial are creatine and glutamine? Should I take them? And, how hard should I push my muscles in a workout? I know that my body isn't done filling out yet. Any help from you experts would be GREATLY appreciated. I want to be in this sport for the long haul, but I don't know very much right now. Thanks so much.
