I am 19 year old male, whose been in gymnastics for about 12 years now. I stopped due to injuries. After all those years of training and competition, I have managed to stay demandingly lean but muscular.
I am ready to take on a new sport such as bodybuilding. I am 5'4 I weigh in right now at 163.
What can I do food source wise and work out wise, in order to put on a bigger mass. I am looking to put on about 15-20 more pounds of muscle. I know it seems much for my height but I have the frame for it.
