I dont feel my leg routine is quite up to par. my legs are quite strong and lean but not big enough and I think I could be doing better to imporve this. I currently do 4 sets of squats, 4 sets leg curls, and calf raises. I need some serious help in this department. my upper body routine is very good I feel and am seeing great results but I know my legs need help. I am 21 years old and weigh 160lbs. and my metabolism is pretty high. any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.
