This being my first time trying to get cut, I've got a few questions. Like, where does the weight-room fit in? Obviously I won't get the gains I am now, if any. How do you guys lift when you're on your cut cycle?
I'm a bit confused about the areobic thing. I've seen both pro and con. Some say that areobic work isn't neccesary, just cutting carbs. Others say one doesn't loose any fat until 30+ minutes are done each day. It might be helpful to know that I don't currently do any areobic work, except walking (sometimes quickly) about 4 miles a day.
