Max Effort Bench Day

3 board press with green mini bands folded in half 18 inch grip.
135x8 225x5 245x3 275x3 305x1 315x1(PR) 320x0 (I always go until I actually miss)
JM Presses 135x8 185x6 190x6 215x5 Felt so good did a PR 240x3
(I think the last 2 weeks of 3 board press made my triceps stronger so I could break this PR)
Lat Pulldown 150x12 170x10 170x10
Side Dumbell raise 20x10 20x10 20x10
(My rear shoulder has been hurting lately so i can't do rear delts for a while)
Hyperextensions 35lb. plate 2 sets of 20
My training is on track lately. I was making the mistake of maxing on the speed day sometimes which I think made me overtrain when it came time for Max Effort Day. 315 is a PR.
