Stop procrastinating and looking for the holly grail of fitness. It doesn't exist. A lot of people have gotten in great shape by simply moving more, eating nutritious foods (in sensible portions), working out hard, and getting enough sleep each night.
Most people already know more than enough to get in great shape. They simply have to act on what they know. If you focus on busting your butt on the basic lifts, perform 20 minutes of moderate cardio two to three times a week, and eat mostly vegetables and lean protein and you will be pleased with the results. It is simple, but it is up to you.
