I have been training for about 2 years now, I am 15 turning 16, and was once an 120 5'10" freshman weekling. I now have gained 45 pounds, and have improved significantly in both my strength, build, and football ability. I have one problem, however. I have some inconsistancie's in the shapes of my muscles. My triceps are different shapes. Is there any way around this, or will I just have to ignore this. It isn't that they are different strengths, or different sizes, just shape. I think it is an impalance bettween the 3 heads of the muscles. Does anyone know where I'm coming from, if so,which exercises do you think could help solve this problem. Thanks a lot.
