I've started a new workout routine, and I'm starting to feel good about myself. I also want to diet to lose body fat, and I've been reading about low carb diets. Can I effeciently encorporate both low carb diet and working out to both increase muscle size and tone as well as lose body fat? I would be very grateful if someone could help me out with this.

I did so well in losing fat and putting on muscle while on a low carb diet that I wrote a book about it. It's called "A Genetically Average Joe's Guide To Building Muscle While Losing Fat". Once you get used to it, a low carb diet is pretty easy to do. Especially if you know some of the secrets that I learned and put in my book.
