I am 15 years old 5'6 and around 135 pounds. I am in good shape and play sports but my muscle mass is not where i'd like it to be. I am still growing and wanted to start lifting over the summer. I am ready to eat right and be dedicated to a workout schedule. I heard from friends who take creatine that it helps there workout a lot. I know what creatine does but I'm not sure if I am at a point in my life where it would be safe and healthy for me to take creatine. Any body have good advice?

It is always essential that you take protein. It feeds your muscles. If you want to take creatine make SURE you still take your protein.
