Too Much Protein?

Posted by: KittyKat(einehpets.r8@gmail.com)

Hi, I'm a 22 yr. old female, 5'6 120ish lbs. I'm fairly active and according to what I heard you're supposed to take however many grams of protein as you weigh in lean body mass. I know protein is good for you and you need alot of it to build muscle (which is awesome :) However, I have also heard that too much protein can rob your body of calcium. I would like to increase my muscle, but I don't want to rob my bones of proper calcium or get Osteoperosis when I'm older. Help!
