My Exercise Plan

i just recently started working out everyday to get myself in the same shape i was in before i started working a desk job. so basically, i want to get in shape, get a nice 6 pack and just tone up my body all around. i'm not really aiming for mass, but nice lean muscle. the workout i started last night consists of 15 jumping jacks, 15 sit ups, 15 kettle bell swings, 15 jumping jacks, 15 push ups, 15 jumping jacks the repeat until i get tired. is there any excersise i can add or vitamins/supplements i could start using that would help me reach my goals?
