I'm 21 years old, I'm 6.6 and weigh 15 stone. All I really wanted to know is how often I shud be hitting the gym if I wanna build my muscle on my back, pecks, arms abs etc. I work alot of shifts so currently I hit up the gym about 3 times a week.
I have started healthy eating and taking protein shakes, any help wud be appreciated. I don't want to go massive I just want noticeable definition and muscle.
