I hope you can help me. I used to go walking and now I am running 3 to 4 times a week for 45 min. I have done this for the past two weeks. Its great fun i love it, but I am quite shocked to find that I have actually gained 2 pounds!
It may be muscle, but i feel as if im putting on weight on my whole body, is this because my body is storing energy for the long runs?
also, is this level of exercise too much? as i said, im running 3 to 4 times a week for 45 min. My Goal is to lose weight, will this ever happen???
And what type of food should I eat whern I get back from my runs? I usually run from 5pm to 5:45pm and eat my dinner when I get home.
