i'm 29, i've been working out for apx 5 years, i used to workout three days and repeat it again in next three days, that time i had very good physique. than i moved to one body part in one day and six days work out and i increased my sets and exercises. but i found i m not improving its reducing my mass.
now at this time my weight is only 65 kg and hight 5'10". i m not able to know how can i increase mass and weight. m i hardgainer. should i follow workout of 5-6 reps,3 sets,3 exercises and workout thrice in a week. now i have a fear in my mind that if i"ll do much exercise i"ll be hardgainer.Please suggest me a good routine.
