I workout 6 days/wk and take one day off. I also have a cheat day where I eat what I want. Does it matter if I take the day off from exercise on the same day I cheat? Will it affect my weight or progress? Will I still get the benefits of a benefits of a cheat day? I only have about 5 lbs that I want to trim off. I have one day off from work and it happens to be my cheat day. I would like to not exercise on that day but only if it doesn't affect my weight etc.
Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated!
