I am twelve years old and I weight 145 lbs!!!! I would really like to loose 50 lbs. If you have really helpful tips but healhty ones please give them to me! Also I have problems with eating I eat whenever i see food or when i'm bored, i dont want to say it to someone but it is being a really big problem.
Here are the only fruits i like:
1- Oranges (really like those)
2- Strawberries (equal to orange)
3- apples (depends on which sorts)
4- cherries (but never eat those
5- grapes (rasins)
And thats all i think. Plase give me tips on how to lose 50 lbs.
