i am a 20 yr old female.very thin i weight 105lbs.i like working out but quit when i see no results.i have a flat stomach but i want abs like shakira.not necessarily a six pack more like the lower part of the abs.what exercises should i do? Also, how many reps and times per week?
I will be honest to get your ads showing diet is more important then exercise (you do still have to exercise, but you will not have the muscle definition without going on a fat loss diet). Here are my suggestions:
Do not skip meals but have several small meals throughout the day.
Cut way back on milk products, wheat and grains. Replace with lean protein such as egg whites, chicken, fish along with more fresh raw fruits and vegetables.
Work each bodypart twice a week, using 10 to 12 reps for each exercise.
