I am Raj from Melbourne (Australia). I like to have bigger arms. I train as well. But my arms don't get sore I feel like I didn't train hard enough. I only feel some soreness when I am training I used get sore next day but Not anymore. It bothers me a lot. Can you please guide me what is happening with me?

Your muscle quickly get used to any workout or technique that you use and then stop getting sore or getting bigger.
What you need to do it keep doing something that your muscles aren't used to doing, you can do low reps one week, high reps then next week, also try different exercises and different techniques such at forced reps, drops sets, singles, partials, volume training, super slow, etc.
