1200 calorie diet and not losing weight

Hi

I'm 120 pounds I'm 5'2 and I just want to lose a couple pounds, I have been eating 1200 calories aday and I'm not losing anything I was afraid to exesise because then 1200 calories is not enough I thought, soshould I exercise? I know it would be fine if I just upe my calories but I'm vegitarian and I find it hard to consume even 1200, so if you have any ideas much appreciated!!(:

If you are not losing weight, that mean you sholld lower youe calorie intake gradually until you do.

And yes you should also exercises, but if you eat more calories because you are exercising that defeats the purpose of the exercise.

Also use a fat burning supplement like Herbal Fat Melter
