I am 20 years old and my height is 5 feet 8 inches and weight is 144 lbs. I have worked out for a year and now I am looking to increase some serious muscle mass. So I was advised to train only for 3 alternate days a week with high intensity.
Now, my question is that what should be my protein intake on the days that I dont workout?
If you want to gain mass you need to have a high protein intake every day not just the days you workout.
So the answer is - your protein intake on your off days should be the same as the days you workout.
