I've been reading about Pavel's philosophy on lifting and getting stronger. I understand the concept, but I need to get a better idea of an actual routine to use and I cannot buy any of his current books. The 5 x 5 concept sounds very appealing and I want to try that philosophy for six months or longer and get ripped.
A few of the exercises that Pavel prefers are ones that I cannot perform due to age and knee replacement; such as dead-lifts and squats. I can perform the leg press (light weight - high reps), leg curls.
I need a routine to follow. One that is set for three months or longer.
