Im doing strenght traning with nearly 20 weeks now and its great for majar muscle groups i do 4 sets normaly and 6 sets of bench press i work 2 muscle groups a day so doing gym 6 day a week after improving greatly i just want to know should i change my routine every so often and when should i? woild be great if u responed cheers
I would say it's a good idea to change your workout routine every month, but I think even more importantly follow these two rules:
1) If your workout routine is still getting results you should not change it.
2) If your workout routine is not getting results you need to change it.
