reducing carbs bodybuilding diet

Posted by: AP

I read an article on regarding carbohydrates and eliminating them for green vegies, bumping up protein and fat. I am at a stage now where I wish to drop out my carbs, however struggle with functioning. I weigh about 210lbs and 6ft. My current body fat is in the low to mid teens, roughly around 13-14%. I wish to really wish to get ripped however I have never been able to get that vascular.

I find when I drop out my carbs I tend to look very flat. What would you suggest?

Regards,

AP

In order to get ripped going flat is part of the game, but you carb load once a week and then look ripped and full.

Go for it!
