Massive Strength Gains

I am 13,and have been lifting for about 1.5 years and can bench press 190 and leg press 500. people tell me to tone it down my mom says i weigh too much (i weigh 148) but im not fat at all do you think i should tone it down or tone it up anyone please respond.
