I just have a million questions. But i will only ask one. Everything I read says, do not eat after 9pm. Yet i am a night owl. So do I learn to be up during the day? or can I adjust this time to 2 hours before bed? I know it seems like a simple question but I really could use a professionals ideas.
You would of course adjust that to your schedule, 2 hours before bed it about right.
