Hello! My name is Nick and I found your website online and wanted to ask your insight on protein shakes. I'm nineteen and a pretty skinny guy. I have some side and thigh fat that I wouldn't mind getting rid of but it's not too bad. I'm working at a warehouse this Summer, and I was wondering if you think drinking a protein shake at mealtime would be an efficient way to build muscle faster. I've always had problems building muscle, potentially because I don't get any protein from my vegetarian diet. Nothing at the warehouse is crazy difficult, but there is a lot of physical work involved. Any thoughts? I really want to build muscle, and am sick of this whole "skinny guy" routine. Thanks!
