Great Post-Workout Drink

If you're looking for a great post-workout drink to help replenish your glycogen and glutamine stores, then I've got the perfect idea for you. Take the Optimum Nutrition Creatine Preload powder and mix a scoop of it with a teaspoon of the Optimum Nutrition Glutamine Powder. Put it in a shaker in powder form until after your workout. On the way out of the gym fill it up with about 8oz water at the water fountain. You've now got a great post-workout drink with 35 grams of simple carbs to replenish your glycogen, 4.5g of L-Glutamine to aid in recovery, and 6g of Creatine!
