Hello how are you doing today ? my name is Chris, I found your website from a Google Search, and I well try to make this short as possibly, I am 28 y/o I am 6'0 tall and well since I have falling off the weagon I weight about 242, 243 LBS, I would like to loose some weight, I would like to be either at 200 or a little bit under.
My question for you is, all most all the Fitness Expert tell me like the max my workout should be no more then 45 Min, how am I suppose to get my cardio & Strength training with only 45 Min ? and how come people who are on the biggest loser, and all these celebrity's can workout for 3 or more for a workout ?
