I've been enjoying the workout routines and the information provided on your website. My workout has really improved my triceps but still I am not able to see any improvents on the lower part of the triceps near the elbow. I'm talking about the medial head of the triceps. I am on my 4th week of a muscle growth wokrout program. But I was wondering If you would recommend me switching out the triceps pushdown with exercises as reverse-grip pressdown or overhand-grip pressdown for building more mass on medial head of the triceps? Or do you have any exercises to recommend?
To work the medial head of the triceps, I recommned the reverse grip pushdown.
