I hope this correspondence finds you in great spirits. I just turned 38 yrs old this past Saturday. I'm 5-9.5" in height and weight 183lbs. I haven't worked out in at least 5 yrs. I was never a gym rat nor have I ever been in good shape. I joined a gym and I want and need to get in shape!
How and where do I begin? What supplements do I need to take? What weight lifting program do I need to start with?
My goal is to lose the little belly I have and gain muscle weight!
