Here is a bodybuilding tip, don't use the same workout routine all the time or you will go stale, lose motivation and not make the gains you are looking for, you need to use periodization workouts to make the best gains possible.
A sample of bodybuilding periodization workouts would be to start with a cycle of relatively light break-in workouts doing 15 to 20 reps, followed by a cycle of bodybuilding style workouts using 6 to 12 reps with moderate loads. Then lastly a cycle of powerlifing style workouts using heavy weights for only 3 to 6 reps and occasionally doing maximum singles.
