Hello i had a question about weight training.
I have been training for about two years now. People would consider me fairly large in regards to muscle mass. I started training four times a week now i only train each muscle group three times a week. i train sunday tuesday and friday. my workouts are intense and usually after i train on friday, my sunday workout is do able however i am still a bit sore. there is a little pain in my muscles i train with due to the last workout. i was wondering if switching to weight training friday, a little cardio on sunday, and weight training on tuesday is a better idea? would i gain more mass or would i lose muscle tone and mass? please message me back
