Muscle Now Book Review
This book has been selling on the internet since about 1997. The author Francesco Castano has very impressive before and after pictures, and is very huge and ripped. He includes the MuscleNOW™ book, free lifetime e-mail personal training, access to his member's only area, free lifetime updates to the course and body fat measurement calipers. The current total cost is $206, which includes shipping/handling charges.
I have read the book and it is a very good manual for building muscle, but I don't agree with everthing in it, or the fact that all supplements are worthless. I know there are many supplement out that that are junk but there are still some supplements that do work, and work well.
Overall is is a very good program he has put together, it is a high priced one, but he also offers your money back if you are not happy
