20 Minute Bodybuilding Workout
 
No Time to Workout?  Try This!
If you are not a full time bodybuilder there is no question it is 
tough to get time to workout.  Not having the luxury of training when
you want is tough.  So too are job schedules that leave you little 
time to work out.  
With that in mind, here is a workout you can perform in a minimal 
amount of time to get the job done and get it done well.
Olympian Workout
Some Olympic decathletes perform a few sets of weightlifting and stay
focused on those lifts as they mix weightlifting in with their event 
training.  
You can take a page from their workout book and put their simple but 
effective weight training workout to work for you.
Some target just three exercises:
Squat
Power Clean
Incline Bench
Perform three sets of seven repetitions with each exercise, starting 
with the squat.  You can get in a workout that covers most of your 
body in just a few minutes.
And if you have just a couple minutes more, add one more exercise – 
the close grip chin up.  
With that group you pretty much cover your muscle bases (at least the
large muscle groups) and you do it in minimal time.
Even if you can only get in this workout 1-2 times a week you can 
make gains and good progress.  
Aim at working up to some decent poundage in each lift. 
Having such a short routine will give you the advantage of a very 
concentrated workout.
