What are the Health Benefits of Weight Training


Whether you are a man or a woman you will know the importance of regular exercise. The importance of any form of regular exercise has been widely studied and well proven over the last 30 years and people generally have become more aware of the importance of taking care of health, resulting in an increase in longevity in most first world countries across the world.

The CDC (center for disease control) have now conclusively proven with many clinical studies done over the years that any muscle-building exercise done on a regular basis will also improve blood-sugar control, sleep patterns and general balance as well as mental health.

Studies show us that in order to get the best health results from any exercise some form of strength training or bodybuilding is essential. When strength training is done on a regular basis studies show the normal muscle loss in ageing will be reduced significantly.
