Bulking Up Fat Gain

Get Lean Quick 14 Day Fat Loss Kit

I finished my two week "Get Lean Quick" program. My first week I lost 15 lbs, second week 10 lbs, a total 25 lb loss. I was 220 lbs and went to 195 lbs, I am 58 yrs 5' 10" tall. The program was very easy to follow, and I did not have to starve myself. Thanks for your help and guidance, you have always taken the time to answer all my emails. I will continue to keep the fat off. This program has taught me important info on nutrition and exercise.

Thank you!

Regards,
Mike G.

Friends don't let Friends "Bulk"

Bulking up is a term for building a bigger body. Many guys want a bigger body but instead of aiming at bulk, the target should be muscle mass. That's because "bulking up" can involved the addition of unwanted pounds - in the form of fat. And that fat is typically tough to take off.

So get your target right. It is adding muscle mass, and not just bulk. This means you can't just eat what you want to. Diet matters and diet is chiefly the difference between bulk and muscle mass.

Bulkers tend to eat sloppy, and often super sloppy. This translates into lots of pounds but some of that is fat, and that fat obscures the muscles and hinders the muscle building process.

An occasional treat or a sloppy diet day now and then won't kill you, but for the bulker (which almost rhymes with porker, by the way) there is nothing occasional about it. Every day is a cheat day, and the bulker uses the excuse of being in the "off season".

Unfortunately, many of these guys stay in the off season permanently, and that often ends up causing them to gain so much size, a good portion in the form of fat, that they aren't really recognizable as a bodybuilder.

You can get big without getting fat but you have to focus on eating clean. Gradually build up to the size you want and don't allow excess eating to set you back.
