How to Look Like a Fitness Model
If you are interested in getting your body to look like the fitness
models that you see in magazines then you need to know that you are
going to need a serious commitment to get results. But you will
probably be very surprised to know that it can be done with only
implementing 4 basics steps.
The first commitment is to do cardio exercises for 30-45 minutes at
least three times a week. The reason you are doing cardio is because
a cardio workout helps to burn fat which is crucial to show the most
muscle definition for that fitness model look.
Pick the type of cardio exercise that you enjoy such as swiming, bike,
treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, etc. but it always a good
idea to mix things up.
The next commitment is doing a strength training workout 3 times a
week. The muscle tone that fitness models have is the results of
strength training.
Strength training will not only increase your muscles, but will also
boost your metabolism. Your body's metabolism increases the more muscle
versus fat your body has. Be sure to work all muscle groups to get a
total body workout and increase your overall muscle tone.
The fourth commitment is about the food that you eat which is a vitally
important part of seeing results from your hard workouts. Your diet
should focus on eating about 90% whole foods which is what's required
for general proper nutrition for the whole population.
Do not eat processed foods including wheat, sugar, flour, etc. All
processed foods contain many different chemicals, food colorings,
etc. that interfere with the hormonal processes in the body which can
lead to weight gain and many different chronic diseases. Processed
foods also contain very few micronutrients that give your body any
health benefits.
Never skip a meal that you have planned as this could retard your
progress. Fitness models do not starve themselves. They eat all their
meals plus snacks throughout the day. The difference is they focus on
eating whole foods and cutting out processed foods which allows them
to be lean and get the most out of their workouts.
The way to stay healthy and looking like a fitness model is to
control your calorie intake by only eating what your body needs,
while maintaining a slight calorie deficet.
