Fun Yet Hard Workoute
What's the best type of workout?
One that is fun but hard. That's the perfect mix for making your
muscles bigger and brawnier. Both elements - fun and hard - kick up
the motivation factor. And the more motivated you are, the more you
get from your workout.
So here is a routine that is both fun and hard.
Dynamic warm up - 3 minutes
Chin-ups - 1 x as many reps as possible
Run quarter mile right after the chin-ups
Rest 1 minute
Dips - 1 x as many reps as possible
Run quarter mile right after dips
Rest 2 minutes
Bench press - with weight light enough to get 20 reps
Dips - 1 x as many reps as possible
Chins - 1 x as many reps as possible
Run quarter mile
Rest 2 minutes
Squat - 2 x 10
This workout will challenge your metabolism and your mind and get the
blood flowing throughout your entire body. And its fun to mix up the
hard core lifting with a little running, and great for overall
conditioning.
This workout is tough, but different enough to be fun.
