Ecdy-Bolin Review
I am a pretty avid lifter who has always had trouble gaining
muscle mass.
I was getting frustrated because I seemed to be working
harder but I stayed a stingy 212 lbs. So I went out on a limb

How Much Weight To Lift To Gain Muscle

A common thing I see in the gym - especially guys that train in
groups - is putting too much weight on the bar. Lifting too much
weight and lifting it incorrectly.
Bench pressing is a prime example...
I don't know whether it is competitiveness between friends (and
people trying to boost their ego) but it's just INCORRECT...
These guys load the bar up with loads of weight, but then they
only move the bar couple of inches!
All the movement is going through the joint - NOT the muscle.
This ISN'T doing anything to give you muscle growth.
These people often do less than half the range of motion.
If you do half the range of motion, you are only going to get
HALF the muscle growth.
If you do the FULL range of motion you will get FULL muscle
growth.
Do NOT overload the weight and then do a partial of a rep.
Make sure you do a full range of motion with any exercise you
do.
Don't try to look good by overloading the weight!
