How to Make Your Abs Pop Out

The path to popping your abs out takes a couple of different trails – each equally important. These include trimming off fat and building up muscle. You absolutely need to do both the get hot abs. Trimming Fat Off You can make your abs as muscular as you want but if you don't address the fat that covers them it is a useless attempt. That's because all that muscle is buried by the fat, and no one can see it. To trim off fat, cut your caloric intake by 500 calories a day. Make sure the cut comes from sugars and carbs. Keep your protein intake high, as well as a moderate amount of fat. Cut out sugar and bad fat, to the tune of 500 calories a day. This is a slow enough burn rate that you will maintain your muscle mass, which is also vital to staying lean and mean. Machine Crunch The good news is that you don't need to do a ton of ab work to make your abs pop out. Simply getting in a couple workouts a week will do the trick. Try the machine crunch, where you are assisted in your motion by a machine, in making the motion of crunching your waist up. Perform 4-5 sets of 15-20 reps per set, with a minimal amount of rest time between sets. And don't use much weight either - you only need enough to make the waist work a bit. Too much weight and you get other muscles involved. A few sets of machine crunches will do the trick as long as you trim fat off your waist, and your abs will pop out nicely.
