Get Lean Quick 14 Day Fat Loss Kit

I finished my two week "Get Lean Quick" program. My first week I
lost 15 lbs, second week 10 lbs, a total 25 lb loss. I was 220
lbs and went to 195 lbs, I am 58 yrs 5' 10" tall. The program was
very easy to follow, and I did not have to starve myself. Thanks
for your help and guidance, you have always taken the time to
answer all my emails. I will continue to keep the fat off. This
program has taught me important info on nutrition and exercise.

Thank you!

Regards,
Mike G.

Special Forces Training Program

Special forces are the elite groups in the nations military. This holds true across the world. Special forces have special training to do unique things to support the war effort. And they have to be in top condition to do so. There are a variety of programs for the variety of special forces and many do things differently. One of the most famous is the Navy Seal's hell week, where trainees work almost non-stop for a full week, enduring the elements and lifting heavy loads, as well as a lot of water work. You don't have to go that far, but you can put some special forces training to good work. Here is a program to do that. Special Forces workout Start - 3 sets of explosive pushups for 10 reps, 40 second rest between sets. Run – quarter mile Rest one minute Chin ups - 3 sets of 10 reps, 40 second rest between sets Run - half mile Rest for a minute and a half Dips – 4 sets of 8 reps, 40 second rest between sets Burpees – 3 sets of 10 reps Run 1 mile And that wraps up a good training session. You can adjust some of the set and rep ranges to make sure you are fully challenged. You can also use some weight training in place of the body weight work as you become accustomed to mixing the running and training. This routine will make you tough as nails.
