Is working out 6 days a week too much?

I have the time  to invest in an optimal training program. For the past month I have been in the gym, six days a week. I feel so exhausted every day. What do I do? Do you have any advise? Thanks

Yes, for most natural bodybuilders six days a week is too much and will lead to overtraining, exhaustion, no gains and even loss of muscle mass and strength.

You will find that if you cut back to only 3 to 4 days a week that you will make better size and strength gains and you will also have much more energy in general.
