One killer exercise for your forearms. I knick named them the moto's. What you do for this exercise is make sure your standing up, then grab a barbell with a reverse grip. Now bend your arms until they are 90 degree's. Now as if cranking the throttle of a motor bike move just your wrists up and down. Do 5 sets by 20 reps. Add these to whatever exercises your doing for your forearms
