I read an article about the training of the MIKE MENTZER. I liked it very much, however it does not say how many repetitions; or should it just be done up to exhaustion?
Please let me know how many reps should I do to build muscle?
If you look at Mike Mentzer training you will see that the rep ranges are listed, but you do all sets to failure not just when you reach the number of reps.
Also, if you don't have Mike's workout DVD, you really should get it, it will answer all your questions, show you the form for all exercises, etc. It's like having Mentzer as your own personal trainer.
