Andro-Shock Works!
I don't have the perfect genes for bodybuilding, nor do I
have a lot of time to eat the right way. Using the
Andro-Shock product however I really have seen excellent
returns on my workout time in the gym. I usually work 55
plus hours a week and workout at 5:30 in the morning before
work. Not the ideal circumstances for good nutrition or
working out. Yet my flat bench went from 225 lbs to 285.
And as of last week I went up to 290 lbs. My arms have
grown almost 2". I have noted increases in all body sets.
And what amazes me is that I haven't got the shaky
feeling I used to get from other Andro products that
have been made illegal. Thanks for a non-steroid
based product that actually works.

What are Tabata Workouts?
Have you heard of Tabata workouts? Most people are unaware of this
style of training. Tabata is a high-intensity interval training
(HIIT) derivative workout style that is named after its developer,
Dr. Izumi Tabata, who with a group of researchers in Tokyo came up
with the unique program.
This training style is supper intense, and in fact the entire workout
can be completed in four minutes, and that includes rest time. That's
because there isn't much rest time in a Tabata workout.
Aerobic and Anaerobic
Tabata workouts are interesting because they provide a rare
stimulation – they work both aerobic and anaerobic systems at the
same time. Research by Dr. Tabata and his researchers found that this
style of training has significant impact on the combined aerobic and
anaerobic areas of the body.
Short Intervals
One unique aspect of Tabata training is the use of very short
intervals for rest. Instead of a minute or two of rest time, you are
only allowed 10 seconds. That’s right, merely 10 seconds to recover
before you move on to the next exercise. And the exercise has a
specific time slot as well. The muscles are exercised for 20 seconds,
then a 10 second break is allowed before moving on to the next
exercise. This is repeated eight times, for a total of just four
minutes for the full session.
Compound
Tabata users say any exercises can be part of the group used in the
four minute session, but that compound exercises work best. That's
because several muscle groups are worked at once, multiplying the
effects of the training. Throw some squats into that mix and you
really will get the metabolism going.
Tabata training takes the intensity to an extreme level and pushes a
mixed aerobic and anaerobic effect into a single session. While not
the ultimate for muscle mass, it's a great overall conditioning tool.
