I found this worked for me.I work my triceps 2 times per week.Push downs ,kick backs,over head tricpe curlys ,tricpe pulls"here i go heavy reps of 10 warm up 8 -6-4 -2 -2 going up in wt every rep:" I have found the bigger my tricpes the better my arms look
